Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) Nepal . I basically coordinate with local social artistry trainers/social artists here in Nepal and international facilitators and support them to carry out social artistry training and facilitation for various groups. My role is to identify the potential participants and communicate them to explore the need of social artistry tools to identify their hidden capacity. Through this initiation, we (Nepali social artistry) have been able to reach myriads  of diverse groups from marginalized local community.

I am founding Chairperson of ICA Nepal and have also served as the Chairperson of Institute of Cultural Affairs International from 2004 to 2006. My roles include facilitating and supporting thousands of people on leadership development through Social Artistry and Technology of Participation in Nepal. I have actively participated as a designer or implementer in more than 50 community development projects, in various parts of Nepal. My involvements has also meant I have contributed as a trainer/facilitator for a number of organizations including the Government of Nepal, UNDP, USAID, ADB etc. I facilitate training on various themes, such as environmental management, strategic planning, social artistry leadership etc. I am also actively involved in Rotary movement in Nepal.
